As the CEO, Mr. Rajiv Pradhan heads operations in India and is responsible for planning, reviewing, monitoring and directing all strategic functions. He overlooks business development and marketing and for designing systems to innovate technology-oriented internet marketing solutions.

Mr. Rajiv Pradhan has over 17 years of international management experience. He holds an MBA degree in International Business & Marketing from SIU, USA and a B.Com(Hons) from DU- India, as well as PGDMM from National Institute of Sales, India. He has held management positions in large multinational organizations across the globe. Mr. Pradhan's last assignment as Vice President at Inovamax encompassed leading the organization at the marketing front.

Mr. Pradhan is responsible to achieve overall goals for Inovamax India and its clients.
